We’re excited to announce our new and improved Import/Export feature in TWINALIZE, now supporting Spreadsheet (XLS) format! This enhancement streamlines how you manage, share, and prepare your data, all within a simple, step-by-step wizard. Here’s what you need to know:

- Easy Sharing & Collaboration Share files with colleagues who don’t have direct access to TWINALIZE and collaborate on data outside the platform.

- Straightforward Editing Access and adjust tabular data in common spreadsheet tools without the need for advanced integrations.
How it works
- Start the Wizard
- Select whether you’d like to Import data into TWINALIZE or Export data from it.
- Configure Data Format
- Choose Spreadsheet, Table (.xlsx) for straightforward tabular data handling.
- (Import Only) Overwrite or Skip
- Decide how TWINALIZE should handle any records that already exist:
- Overwrite replaces them with data from your XLS file.
- Skip keeps existing records and ignores duplicates in the import file.

- Drag and drop your XLS file or browse to select it, then let TWINALIZE handle the rest.
